This rapidly growing area is largely made up of rolling hills dotted with pinon and juniper.  The area has plans in place for expansion extending into 2050.

Most of the communities located here have extraordinary views of the Jemez, the Sangres and the Sandias. Thoughtfully planned developments, such as the newer Rancho Viejo and Nave Ade communities, include recreation centers.  Plans for schools in these areas are in the works. Affordable, well-designed family homes abound. The area also includes Old Galisteo Road, Town & Country, Chuck Taylor Subdivision, Young, Miles, and Santiago Subdivisions.
